Qualifications

  • Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate surgery-related appointments, medical clearance, and pre-admission testing.
  • Manage referrals, scheduling, authorizations, and communications with insurance carriers and patients.
  • Support post-operative pain management in line with surgeon protocol.
  • Provide educational materials and answer patient questions about the surgical process.
