Job summary

Answers the phone, greet visitors, and a variety of clerical services. Orders/maintains office supplies, back-up support services, and collect co-payments. Schedules appointments including the coordination of multiple same-day patient appointments with different disciplines. Arranges for interpreter services, when needed.
