Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) - Front office receptionist

Company intro:

Hearing Clinics of Wisconsin is a family owned, local, Audiology and Hearing Clinic proudly serving the Fox Valley and Northeastern Wisconsin communities for 30+ years.

We’re looking for a full-time patient care coordinator. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, friendly, and able to provide an exceptional patient experience. Pay is salary with PTO.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Schedule new patients
• Collect and send mail
• Send and receive inventory
• Prepare clinic equipment
• Enter data into the clinic database software
• Perform other secretarial duties

Location:

There are 3 clinic locations: Appleton, Green Bay, and Shawano. PCC will work in person in the Appleton office but will answer phones and schedule patients for all 3 locations.
