Patient Care Coordinator

Galvin Therapy Center is currently seeking full-time Patient Care Coordinators in Warrensville Heights, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries by telephone, fax, email and in person
• Assist in preparation and execution of scheduling with clients data entry, production entry and data base management
• Email, file and shred documents & maintain customer files
• Assist other staff members and management as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain work flow efficiently and effectively
• Clean and maintain office and therapy area(s)

Requirements:

• A High school diploma or equivalent certificate
• Previous experience working as an Office Assistant
• The ability to work as a team and independently
• Proficiency in personal computer skills and Google Office programs
• The Ability to work courteously and cooperatively with public and staff

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour, based on experience

At the Galvin Therapy Center, we provide a broad range of pediatric therapy evaluations and treatment services for infants, children and young adults throughout Northeast Ohio.
