Job summary

Providence Physician Service Organization is seeking a friendly, patient-focused frontline associate to greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. You will help maintain high patient satisfaction through exceptional service.

Description

The Patient Services Specialist is the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year customer service experience, or

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
