Compass Oncology - the largest privately-owned Cancer Care and Research Facility in the Pacific Northwest - is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our high‑impact team. This role requires someone who is adaptable, multi‑faced, and willing to jump in wherever needed, even beyond their usual scope of responsibilities. Employment Type: Full‑Time, 40 Hours M‑F
Location: East Cancer Center (Clackamas, Oregon)
Salary Range: $19.50–$28.47 per hour
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, expertise, and internal employee equity considerations.
Under general supervision, the Care Coordinator schedules a variety of patient appointments; office visits, lab appointments, chemotherapy appointments and tests as indicated by the Provider. May include outside scheduling and the coordination of outside referrals. Serves as a resource and liaison between patient and other medical staff. Answers incoming calls, triages calls appropriately to the correct department/healthcare provider. Accuracy, efficiency, and excellent time management are crucial. Familiar with standard medical concepts and medical office practices. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program.
