Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Janesville is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk duties and ensure an exceptional patient experience in a busy specialty practice.

The role includes greeting patients, maintaining records, answering calls, processing emails, and keeping the reception area organized. Regular hours are Mon-Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM–3:00 PM; weekends off.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desire to help patients.

Responsibilities

Our office, Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Janesville, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:

  • Welcoming patients to the dental office
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updates records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Ability to work Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Weekends off.

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

  • Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards
  • Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations

Position Base Pay Range

$16 - $19 USD
