Job summary

Clear Vision Eye Centers, Horizon Ridge is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and manage front desk tasks with accuracy and warmth.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and efficient multitasking in a fast-paced eye care environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate and growth opportunities exist within the practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills with patients and teammates
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and learning new systems quickly
• Positive, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure
