HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Edina and Plymouth clinics. You will be the face of our retail centers, delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting clinic operations and revenue goals.
Responsibilities include welcoming patients, handling 50–75 daily calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing office duties. Strong communication, organization, and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

$17-22/hr plus Monthly Bonus Opportunity
This is a full time opportunity to support both clinics.
You will act as the face of our retail clinics located around the country and in local communities. The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) strives to ensure a positive patient experience and to help more people hear better. You do this by supporting the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing the administrative and operational functions and coordinating patient interactions and needs.
