HearingLife is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for our retail clinics nationwide. You will be the face of our clinics, ensuring a positive patient experience and helping drive revenue by attracting new patients and coordinating patient interactions and needs.
Daily tasks include welcoming patients, handling 50-75 calls, scheduling appointments, gathering insurance information, processing payments, managing supplies, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
