Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients as they enter the clinic.
  • Answer phones, take messages, transfer calls, and confirm appointments.
  • Collect demographic information and maintain patient files.
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars.
  • Enter data and maintain electronic patient files in the CRM.
  • Process insurance benefits claims and assist with billing information.
  • Support HCP to maintain clinic orderliness and cleanliness.

You will be the face and voice of our hearing aid clinics.
