Job summary

University Cancer & Blood Center is currently seeking to hire a full time Patient Care Coordinator for our Radiation Oncology clinic. Hours for this position are M-F, 8 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities include checking out patients after appointments, scheduling visits and tests, handling payments due at checkout, and scanning records into the EMR system. Strong English communication in verbal and written form is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• 2–3 years experience in a medical office preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written).

• Scheduling outpatient testing (MRI, CT, bone scans, X-rays, etc.).
• Collecting any money due from patients at checkout.
