Summary of Position

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, contributes to basic patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary for caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Tasks may vary depending on the unit or department assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • BLS certification required prior to orientation completion, obtained through Penn State Health or American Heart Association (AHA).
