We offer an extensive onboarding experience with a dedicated Preceptor that includes continuing education, SIM lab, and a dedicated professional development specialist. Our Patient Care Associates (PCA) collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and carry out a patient-centered plan of care. This position involves treating a diverse patient population with various medical conditions and post-surgical care needs. The medical-surgical PCA provides direct nursing care in accordance with Bristol Health's established policies, procedures, and evidence-based protocols. Tasks and responsibilities include:
