Mercy is seeking a healthcare attendant to support bedside care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. You will participate in a 175-hour state-required training for new hires and complete PCA competencies within 3 months.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, CNA/CPTC exposure, and be prepared for physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
