Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking Patient Care Associates (PCA) to support Critical Care Units in St. Louis, MO. We offer full-time and part-time positions with night (7pm–7am) and day (7am–7pm) shifts, plus rotating weekends and holidays.
No healthcare experience is required; education includes a high school diploma or GED and enrollment in a healthcare program. Mercy provides a 175-hour PCA training and an accredited apprenticeship.

Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patients highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals. Performs designated clinical procedures and non‑clinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient.
