Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CNA or equivalent required.
• Two years of direct patient care experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication with patients and staff; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, obtain and report information to assist the nurse in assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Obtain vital signs as delegated by the RN and perform 12-lead ECG as directed.
• Assist in safe, efficient delivery of patient care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Covers the Business Associate desk in the absence of the BA under supervision.
