Job summary

UF Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to deliver direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse. The PCA will support a safe, patient-centered environment and uphold service excellence for patient and family satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, teamwork, English literacy, and basic medical terminology with standard precautions. BLS certification and CPI training (within 90 days for Psychiatric unit) are required or expected.
