Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Care Associate to support nursing staff and provide compassionate patient care across units. You will assist patients with daily living activities, help maintain charts, and ensure accurate documentation in the patient care system.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant on the Georgia Registry
• Certified Medical Assistant awarded by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
• Registered Medical Assistant awarded by the American Medical Technologists (AMT)
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant awarded by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• One (1) year of patient care experience, as a CNA, PCT, Military Medic, ED Tech or other relevant acute, direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Care Associate provides nursing assistance and patient care for the comfort, safety and personal needs of patients.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and performs procedures for physical hygiene and comfort of patients.
• Performs duties within the construct of a unit-based, self-directed, multidisciplinary patient care team while sharing tasks with licensed and non-licensed members.
