Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Patient Care Associate to support nursing staff and deliver high-quality patient care in our Missouri facilities. You will assist with daily living activities, vital signs, feeding, and patient transport, while maintaining compassionate patient interactions.

Eligibility includes a High School Diploma and PCA education requirements. You may need travel between system facilities; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• PCA education requirements must be met.
• BLS certification within 90 days.
• Travel between system facilities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily activities of daily living for patients.
• Feeds patients and records intake/output as needed.
• Takes and records vital signs, including pulse oximetry.
• Transports patients and assists with mobility as needed.
• Reports changes in patient condition to nurse.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
