Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a patient care support teammate to perform basic care activities under RN supervision in Miramar, FL. You will monitor vital signs, assist with EKG testing and phlebotomy, and help patients with daily living tasks while maintaining clean, stocked rooms.

The role requires a short training period, with competencies in EKG and phlebotomy completed within six months of hire. A stressful but rewarding environment supports patient safety and teamwork.

• No degree required; completion of basic patient care training or equivalency.
• EKG and phlebotomy competencies are required within six months of hire.
• Three months of patient care experience or completion of a formal training program.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, perform basic patient care activities including vital signs, EKG testing, phlebotomy and glucose measurements.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, and transport patients as needed.
• Keep patient rooms and areas stocked, clean and orderly; report changes to nursing staff.
