The Patient Care Associate (PCA) functions as an integral member of a care team on a patient care unit, reflecting a culture of cooperation, enthusiasm, and mutual respect.

The team, consisting of the Registered Nurse and the Patient Care Associate, provides patient care and supportive services aimed at achieving patient care outcomes, maximizing patient involvement in their own care plan, improving service levels, and reducing costs.

Minimum Qualifications
