Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support patients with activities of daily living and assist the interdisciplinary team overnight. You will help with bathing, dressing, eating, vital signs, and routine documentation in the EHR, while promoting safety and compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Massachusetts EMT-Paramedic or LNA NH credentials preferred.
  • Experience in patient care/elder care 1-2 years preferred.

Also assists with taking patients' temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.Does this position require Patient Care?YesEssential Functions-Performs patient care-related duties and clinical functions as assigned, including, but not limited to, performing and documenting point of care, vital signs, EKGs, bathing and other sanitary needs of patients, transferring and assisting with ambulation of patients, 1:1 patient observation for safety purposes, and phlebotomy.
