Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support nursing staff in delivering compassionate patient care at our Reading Hospital facilities. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to help meet patients’ needs and comfort.

Responsibilities include routine bedside care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure patient safety and well-being. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with BLS certification and PA Nurse Aide Certification if
