Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides in Alpharetta, GA to provide in-home support that helps clients stay safely at home. You will assist with personal care, meal planning, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while monitoring clients and engaging them in activities.

Flexible scheduling offers full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts; mileage reimbursement and ongoing training are provided to support your growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification (verifiable).
• TB Test on file within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on patient care experience (home care, assisted living, hospice, etc.).
• Reliable Transportation and a valid driver’s license—prompt arrival is mandatory.
• Warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others feel safe and supported.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Meal planning and preparation, plus light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitoring vital signs as directed and reporting changes to the nursing staff.
• Medication reminders and support with daily exercises.
• Engaging clients through conversation, games, walks, and hobbies.
• Keeping accurate, timely records of care provided.
