Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with ambulation, turning, and positioning.
• Provide water and nourishment between meals.
• Monitor and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Respond to resident calls and requests.
• Transport residents as needed and communicate needs to staff.
