Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• No prior work history as a PCA

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor and document vital signs and health status.
• Maintain confidential records and reports.
