Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care across inpatient units such as Med Surg, PCU and ICU. You will assist with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse, helping maintain a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

Open positions are available across our inpatient units, including Med Surg, Float Pool, PCU, and ICU.

Nursing Assistant assists patients with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care, which support nursing practice under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The nursing assistant carries out designated activities that are within those functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel. This includes assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing basic nursing care to patients and assisting in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
