Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH is seeking a Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support patient care on the day shift. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and help with mobility under supervision of licensed staff.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and NH LNA and BLS certification. Prior elder or patient care experience is preferred; the role includes a $750 sign-on bonus and a regular 36-hour week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• LNA/NH license required per NH Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy and within established time frame.
• Completes documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and their families effectively.
• Helps patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
