Mayo Clinic is seeking a Part Time Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our nursing team in Wisconsin. The role aligns with CNA experience and supports direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include carrying out delegated tasks and adapting to unpredictable patient care situations. Applicants should have basic life support certification, or be prepared to complete it during orientation. Schedule features 12-hour shifts with day/night rotation.

• Must be 18 years of age prior to start date.
• Completion of 12 college credits -OR- High school diploma/ GED with Nursing Assistant training or equivalent preferred.
• Able to adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting.
• Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross. If a candidate does not currently have their Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross the Basic Life Support certification will be included as part of the orientation program.
