Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required at hire.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or 1 year patient care experience.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as delegated by RN staff.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist with personal hygiene and physical care needs.
• Accurately measure, record, and report intake and output.
• Obtain and record daily weight; perform blood glucose testing.
