The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) functions as part of our Emergency Department team, caring for medical and behavioral health patients. PCAs support and collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, social workers, child life specialists, and more to provide safe and effective care.
Night shift 1900-0730, three 12-hour shifts per week. Opportunities for earlier shifts may be available based on seniority and organizational needs. Weekend shifts include four weekends per 4-week schedule, with specific days as per guidelines.
The expected hiring range is $20.96 to $28.81 per hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, licensure, skills, and organizational needs.
