Under the supervision of the Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA), the PCA will observe and monitor client behavior and emotional status at Maryhaven's Engagement Center and Homeless Services. Responsibilities include assisting clinical staff with documentation, scheduling meetings, providing safe transportation for clients, and implementing program activities or events. This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by SEIU.
