Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA, is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. The role supports daily living activities, delivers basic nursing care, and helps maintain a safe environment under RN supervision during night shifts.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy and EKG certifications are preferred, along with current BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.
• Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.

• The Patient Care Assistant assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to all patients and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
