Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking a flexible caregiver to deliver non-clinical care to adult and pediatric patients. You will support licensed nurses, communicate with patients and families, and help maintain a safe environment in line with infection control policies.

The role offers PRN, part-time and full-time options with day or night shifts. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with additional CE for Joint Center roles.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• If working in the Total Joint Center: 8 hours of hospital-provided continuing education upon hire and annually.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver non-clinical and clinical care as delegated by licensed nurses within scope of practice.
• Promote positive interactions with patients, families, physicians and healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe environment, adhere to infection control and handwashing policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dress code adherence and participate in orientation of new team members.
