Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Osseo, Wisconsin team. You will assist with direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, support nursing practice, and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

The role is part-time with 8 or 12 hour rotating shifts, 40–48 hours per pay period, and weekend/Holiday coverage as discussed during interview. BLS certification required or provided during orientation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age prior to start date.
• Completion of 12 college credits -OR- High school diploma/ GED with Nursing Assistant training or equivalent preferred.
• Able to adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Carry out delegated skills within legal scope for unlicensed nursing personnel.
