Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Care Assistant assists staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under supervision of a registered nurse, carrying out delegated skills within the scope of unlicensed personnel.
• Performs delegated nursing functions as allowed by law for unlicensed personnel.
