Overview
16-24 hrs/week, evening shift, 11a-11p, every third weekend, and holiday rotation. This is NOT a contingent position. Base pay $19/hr plus evening and weekend differentials. Benefits eligible.
Job Description Summary
Performs basic supportive care to specified patients and families under the direction and supervision of an RN or Care Manager. Collects, documents, and reports data to the RN or Care Manager.
Completion of fundamentals course from an approved nursing program, or equivalent licensure or experience, required.
Active State Tested Nurse Aide License in the State of Ohio, or equivalent education or experience, required.
Current CPR certification (BLS for healthcare provider), required.
One year of patient care experience in a hospital setting within the last three years, or equivalent education or licensure, required.
Occasionally: Biohazard waste, Climb stairs/ladder, Computer skills, Fume/Gases/Vapors, Interpreting Data, Lifting/Carrying 41–60 lbs, Lifting/Carrying 61–100 lbs, Machinery, Patient Equipment, Power Tools, Pushing/Pulling 100 lbs or greater with assistance, Sitting
