GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Under supervision, performs routine non-professional and professional care; unbagging and bagging equipment, making up post-op kits, directing doctors as needed to the appropriate rooms, assisting medical staff with patient care, performing visual fields, setting up patients for required testing, keeping equipment sterilized, maintaining adequate supplies, and organizing front and back areas.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Graduate of a Patient Care Assistant or CNA program
  • Minimum of 6 months previous experience
  • BLS certification required
