Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited CNA or Nursing Assistant program; or 2nd semester nursing student.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Assistant program or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated equivalency (e.g., corpsman, EMT, foreign RN/MD, Medical Assistant).
• Must have BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated routine patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Conduct EKGs and monitor vital signs as assigned.
• Provide basic patient care and assist with transportation.
• Respond to patients and families with age-appropriate communication.
