Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assist in assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs.
• Obtain and record vital signs as ordered or delegated by the RN.
• Assist in safe and efficient delivery of patient care and treatments.
• Ensure correct patient identification following policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to address patient/family needs.
• Relocate and rotate to meet patient care needs.
• Cover the Business Associate desk in RN's absence and participate in bedside reports.
