EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.
• Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Facility Specific Requirements (as Applicable Required)

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), State approved Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $18.00 to $26.68.
