Sign-on Bonus: A $750.00 sign-on bonus is being offered to eligible new employees hired in our PCA positions.
Working under the direction of licensed personnel, assists patients with activities of daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Also assists with taking patients' temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Licenses and Credentials: BLS certification, CMA certification, EMT certification, LNA certification (various issuers preferred).
Experience: 1-2 years in patient or elder care preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to follow instructions, knowledge of medical terminology, strong customer service skills, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, proficient with electronic medical records.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, foot use, vision, talking, hearing.
