Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican is seeking a patient care-focused professional for a 100% FTE, Monday-Friday schedule at the UW Health Bell School Rd Clinic in Rockford, IL. Shifts are 8 hours with start times varying between 7:30A and 8:30P, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent and Basic Life Support/CPR; prior clinic-based patient care and computer experience are preferred to support daily operations and patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must have computer experience.
• Previous patient care experience in a clinic setting preferred; at least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience in a medical facility. Preferred
• At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
• Computer experience. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician. Preferred
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
