About the Role : As a Patient Care Assistant, you will be a vital member of the healthcare team, delivering high-quality care to patients under the guidance of registered nurses. Key Responsibilities :

• Medication Administration : Aid in the administration of medications as instructed by registered nurses.
• Patient Comfort : Implement comfort measures, such as repositioning patients, applying heat or cold packs, and facilitating range of motion exercises.
• Documentation : Accurately record patient observations, vital signs, and the care provided in medical records.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and fellow healthcare team members.
