Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with physical care of patients and performs procedures such as changing dressings and taking vital signs.
• Prepares patients for examinations and assists in the examination process and records findings.
• Observes patients' condition and reports observations to the care team.
• Participates in nursing and interdisciplinary health team conferences to plan nursing care.
• Assists in room setup and anticipates needs of patients and families.
• Maintains clean and orderly wards and treatment rooms; handles patients' clothing and belongings.
• Provides postmortem care as required.
