Overview

This position is from 11am-8pm EST

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under general supervision, following standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. May assist in orienting and training employees.

Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects related to entering medication orders and providing customer service in a call center environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions, if required.
  • Selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders.
  • Providing customer service coverage for incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate staff.
  • Documenting patient-reported information into TherigySTM.
  • Resolving customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Assisting members with payment-related issues on accounts or orders.
  • Maintaining reasonable production levels as determined by the supervisor.
  • Assisting in orienting and training new employees.
  • Completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Attendance Requirements:

  • Must be available and punctual for scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Pharmacy technician or related certification.

Experience:

  • Experience in a customer service-related field.
  • Preferred: 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician.

Required (Mississippi Employees):

  • Registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician.

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug testing.
  • Initial and ongoing exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring.
  • Additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position.

Compensation

$18.00-20.00 per hour. The final offer will consider relevant skills, experience, and education.
