Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with program activities.
• Complete routine daily check of van (if driving is required).
• Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and provide client training.
• Communicate with supervisor to revise training objectives as needed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly facility.
• Monitor and document individual behaviors with accurate terminology.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
