American Advanced Management is seeking a Patient Account Representative in Modesto, CA to support medical billing and revenue cycle activities under CFO and Revenue Cycle leadership. The role focuses on billing, charge entry, collections, and reconciliation of daily and monthly reports.

The ideal candidate has about two years of paid Medical Billing/Collections experience, a high school diploma, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of paid Medical Billing/Collections experience preferred.
• Billing/claim submission and revenue cycle collections experience required.
• Excellent mathematical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Track claims or charges and monitor third-party payers.
• Inform billing Supervisor/CFO of insurance issues (third party billing).
• Update patient accounts.
• Contact payers to obtain claim status consistently.
• Ensure that all physician billing activities meet requirements.
• Resubmit claims, appeals/denials, 1500, and knowledge of Commercial/Government insurance.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by Management.
