You will advocate for patients in billing disputes, coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in patient financial services, healthcare billing, insurance verification, or a related field required.
• Knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims processing, and financial assistance programs
• Experience in a customer service role, with the ability to handle high-volume patient interactions across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare laws and regulations
